After living in Germany I fell in love with the large Deutsche Polizei vans and their screeching sirens. If there were Polizei vans in Los Angeles I imagine they would look like this. -- Davis Ngarupe
About the artist:
Davis Ngarupe grew up in the Cook Islands until he was seven when he moved to California. He is currently studying graphic design in Los Angeles and lives there with his wife, Kimberly.
