Whether you called them fortune tellers or cootie catchers, chances are you'll have fond memories of making and playing with these little folded paper games.
This time around, my friend Stephanie designed them and wrote out the clever little fortunes, and I printed them carefully on my letterpress, so all you have to do is fold them up and start to play! They're perfect for party favors or gifts, and fun for everyone from your grandmother to your nephew.

Letterpress is a centuries-old printing process. It involves an inked and raised form being pressed into the paper, creating an impression that you can see and feel. At Sycamore Street Press, we hand crank our goods one sheet of paper and one color at a time through our vintage Vandercook #3 letterpress. We pay close attention to detail, but the hand crafted nature of the process does lead to some variation in color and impression. These are an inherent part of the process, and add to its bespoke charm.
